Dear Scott,

…I can’t allow another day to passwithout thanking you for the wonderful “Jews and Rock ‘n Roll” program which you shared with the congregation on Selichot Eve way back in September. Everyone who was present—all 200 of us—were truly impressed by your passion, your good humor and your knowledge. You managed to transform what could have been a light-hearted “throw away” fluff program into a truly uplifting Jewish message for all of us who were fortunate to have been present I the Sanctuary. Indeed, it is my hope that you will return to the Temple in the new secular year to present a similar program for our nearly seventy eight and ninth graders…
